Pamela Hansen

Pam represents individual consumers and class members suffering serious financial losses and damages due to Fraud and Bad Faith.  She is a member of the team in the firm’s Complex Litigation, Class Action, Consumer Bad Faith & Fraud, and Governmental Qui Tam Claims Litigation Section of Simien & Simien, LLC.  

 

Pam is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of diverse legal experience involving commercial litigation, plaintiff personal injury and mass torts.  Pam’s experience in commercial litigation included serving as in-house counsel to two large financial institutions, Capital One, N.A. and Pan-American Life Insurance Company, for a total of 17 years. Pam’s practice includes general commercial litigation, transactions, commercial collections, bankruptcy litigation, successions, personal injury litigation and mass tort litigation. In addition to her legal experience, Pam has served on the Boards of Directors for PALIC Federal Credit Union (1999-2006), The Pro Bono Project of New Orleans (2014 & 2016) and the Louisiana Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (2010-2015).
